Satisfaction guarantee (recommended): if you're not satisfied, contact us within [7] days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund your purchase.
Case-by-case: refunds are considered within [7] days if the document was not delivered or does not match what was described.
All sales final: due to the custom, instantly-delivered nature of the document, all sales are final. (Note: a stated guarantee usually converts better than "all sales final.")

Done-for-you / service work

Service engagements are governed by the separate agreement or invoice for that work. Deposits and milestone payments are [non-refundable once work has begun / refundable per that agreement].

How to request a refund

Email hello@mohibraiskhan.com with your purchase email and download code. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within [5–10] business days.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
